New Home Inspection
If you’re buying a home that was just built, & it has not been lived in, the state of Alaska requires that a home inspector has obtained an ICC R5 certification, which demonstrates general knowledge of the latest building methods and standards. We have this certification. Even if you’re buying a brand new home it’s still a very good idea to get a home inspection. Often the end of a building project is rushed and everyone is feeling pressure to get things complete. It’s this phase where things are most likely to get overlooked.
